Leonardo Logistics purchases the following services in a centralised manner for all Leonardo Divisions:

  • Logistics warehouse handling

     

by identifying "tailored" and flexible supply solutions for the type of service requested, with the goal of maximising efficiency and costs. Partners are rated and selected according to the Leonardo Procurement & Supply Chain Office guidelines, implementing processes and tools that ensure full traceability of the purchasing activities and that enable, where possible, evolutionary "dynamic" negotiation mechanisms based on algorithms and business rules shared with the applicants. Leonardo Logistics selects its suppliers based on "solidity" and sustainability requirements, and are managed through structured agreements that allow performance to be monitored and implementation of win-win partnership relationships able to support the growth and evolution of the business of Leonardo Logistics and of the Leonardo Group.
